TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE GALLERY SALES
PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER FROM RED CIRCLE GALLERY, AND RETAIN A COPY OF THEM AND YOUR ORDER FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
BY CONTINUING WITH A PURCHASE IT IS DEEMED THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
TERMS
The terms of sale set out here apply to goods supplied by RED CIRCLE GALLERY, Carefree, AZ ordered from the RED CIRCLE GALLERY website at www.redcircle.gallery. By continuing with a purchase it is deemed that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.
You must be 16 years of age or older to order from the website and by accepting these terms and conditions you are confirming this.
RED CIRCLE GALLERY reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice to you in relation to future sales. These terms do not create any rights to any parties other than the purchaser.
ORDERS AND PRICES
RED CIRCLE GALLERY uses Square Up and Venmo as their online purchasing systems, allowing for acceptance of the the credit cards listed. Square Up and Venmo allow us to safely process your credit card payments and complete the financial transactions as securely.
RED CIRCLE GALLERY is not liable for any unauthorized access to information supplied by you.
All prices are shown in USD and are subject to Sales Tax and delivery charges unless otherwise stated. These charges where applicable, will be added on confirmation of your address and payment details and prior to the order being placed during the payment process.
The description and price of goods will be as shown on the website at the time you place your order. The price of goods will remain the same for an invoice held up to two weeks, after which prices may be subject to change.
An email receipt will be sent to you when your order has been received, confirmed that RED CIRCLE GALLERY has received your order. Should you not receive an email please contact us at info@redcircle.gallery.
If you are shopping from outside the US, please contact the gallery directly at info@redcircle.gallery to place your order, as terms and conditions, shipping prices and delivery times will differ to those stated on our website.
All goods are subject to availability. In the unforeseeable case that on receipt of your order the goods are out of stock, RED CIRCLE GALLERY will inform you and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you for the unavailable goods.
RED CIRCLE GALLERY is under no obligation to accept any order.
DELIVERY
All shipments will be processed through UPS and Fedex, unless other arrangements are made. Paintings will be properly crated to assure safe arrival. RED CIRCLE GALLERY will aim to deliver purchased art within 14 days within the US upon receipt of payment unless otherwise stated on the website, or advised by email from the gallery at the time of purchase.
A signature will be required on delivery for couriered and special delivery purchases. Receipt of a signature at the delivery address for any order will act as proof that the order has been delivered to you. Please make arrangements to have a person available to accept the shipment on the given date. If is no is available to accept delivery, the carrier will notify you of an alternative delivery date or place to collect the package. RED CIRCLE GALLERY cannot accept responsibility for large packages that are returned to the carrier and remain uncollected.
Once the art work is considered delivered, responsibility for the work, risk of damage or loss will pass to you.
Should RED CIRCLE GALLERY be unable to deliver your order within 30 days, the gallery will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the order and obtain a full refund that will be paid to the credit or debit card with which you originally paid for your order.
RED CIRCLE GALLERY is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any unavoidable delay in delivery of an order. RED CIRCLE GALLERY is not liable for any damage which occurs to an order after a delivery has been made.
OWNERSHIP AND COPYRIGHT
Once an art work is in your possession you may not publish or submit for publication or reproduction any image of an art work to any third party including the internet for any purpose. Copyright remains with RED CIRCLE GALLERY/SHANNON LEIGH. Images of sold paintings may still be used by RED CIRCLE GALLERY/SHANNON LEIGH for any future use including but not limited to reproductions, advertising, books and other publications, social media and other web based use.
PRIVACY
RED CIRCLE GALLERY does not disclose buyer’s information to third parties. Please see our privacy statement for further details.
RETURNS
In cases of goods that are damaged or wrongly supplied please contact RED CIRCLE GALLERY at info@redcircle.gallery.
RED CIRCLE GALLERY accepts no responsibility for goods damaged or lost in transit. Please see returns policy for further information.
